Player Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context requires, words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

• "x444" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the x444 online gaming platform, its operators, licensees, and affiliated entities responsible for operating the services available at x444.bid.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the x444 platform in any capacity whatsoever.
• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a User on the x444 platform, through which all gaming activities, deposits, withdrawals, and communications are managed.
• "Services" means all products, features, and facilities offered by x444, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing games, table games, bonuses, promotions, and customer support.
• "Funds" / "Balance" refers to the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) amounts held within a User's x444 Account wallet at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bet allocations, free spin values, and any other non-cash incentives credited to a User's account under x444's promotional programme, subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash balances.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by x444 before withdrawal processing, which may require submission of government-issued identification and proof of address documents.

By accessing x444, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and x444.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the x444 platform and close your account. Continued use of x444 after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

x444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or platform notification. Your continued use of x444 following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

To be eligible to register and use x444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
• You are accessing x444 solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or agent of x444 or any of its affiliated, associated, or subsidiary entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an x444 account that was suspended, terminated, or closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not participating as a representative, nominee, or agent acting on behalf of another individual.

x444 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by x444 may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal facilities pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the x444 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances across the duplicate accounts.

You warrant that all information provided during the x444 account registration process is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. x444 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• Your x444 account must be registered using a valid Pakistani mobile number that you personally own and control.
• Your full legal name as registered on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport must be provided accurately.
• Your date of birth must be stated accurately — false representation of age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Your residential address in Pakistan must be current and accurate for KYC verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x444 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. x444 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify x444 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

x444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations. Transactions completed using your valid account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified x444 of a security breach.

x444 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Raast instant payment system, and 1LINK network transfers.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes, subject to banking system availability and Raast network performance. x444 does not impose deposit processing fees on its end; any charges levied by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount on x444 is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Verified accounts carrying full KYC status attract higher deposit ceilings. x444 reserves the right to apply additional deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming obligations without prior notice where the platform determines it is appropriate to do so in a player's interest.

x444 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or restrict any deposit at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any other suspicious activity. All deposit disputes must be raised with x444 support within fourteen (14) calendar days of the transaction date.

Withdrawals from x444 are available to verified account holders whose accounts are in good standing, free from any active dispute, ongoing investigation, or responsible gaming restriction. All withdrawal requests are subject to x444's identity verification requirements.

x444 processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts, on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day per week basis. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours during standard banking hours. x444 does not impose withdrawal fees on PKR transfers up to PKR 1,00,000. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required.

First withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds require completion of x444's KYC verification process. Required documentation typically includes a clear copy of your valid CNIC or passport, proof of address issued within the last three (3) months, and where applicable, evidence of payment method ownership. x444 may request additional documentation at its discretion.

Funds subject to active wagering requirements (Bonus Funds) are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. x444 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• x444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once processed by x444 — requests in queue can be cancelled before processing initiates.

x444 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and sports betting free bets. All promotions are subject to specific individual terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• All bonuses offered by x444 carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus amount or winnings derived therefrom are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is specified on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus Funds and winnings from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a User's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise by x444.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the validity period.
• x444 bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players only. Use of bonuses in a systematic manner designed to extract value without genuine recreational intent — commonly referred to as bonus abuse — constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

x444 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify patterns of behaviour consistent with bonus abuse. Detected bonus abuse may result in the immediate cancellation of all active and pending bonuses, voiding of winnings derived from bonuses, restriction of access to future promotional offers, and in serious cases, termination of the User's x444 account. x444's determination of bonus abuse shall be final and binding.

All games available on x444 are governed by the rules specific to each game type, as published within the game interface or associated help documentation. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rule shall prevail in respect of the particular game only.

All slot games and RNG-based table games on x444 use certified Random Number Generation systems independently tested by approved third-party testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each x444 game reflect the independently certified theoretical return figures. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios where outcomes are determined by physical means — real cards, real wheels — independently monitored for integrity.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or software fault that affects a gaming session on x444, x444 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to the User's account balance. x444's malfunction policy follows the principle that "malfunction voids all pays and plays." x444 shall not be liable for any claimed winnings that would not have been generated but for the malfunction.

All sports betting markets on x444, including cricket betting, PSL markets, and international sporting events, are governed by x444's Sportsbook Rules document, which forms part of this Agreement. Bets are accepted and settled at x444's sole discretion. x444 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing or corruption is suspected, or where insufficient information is available for accurate settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x444 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, potentially resulting in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or payment method ownership.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage over x444 or other players, including in poker or any player-versus-player gaming format.
• Advantage Play Exploitation: Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities in the x444 platform to place bets with a guaranteed or near-guaranteed positive expected value without genuine risk.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one x444 account, whether under the same or different identity, whether personally or through agents.
• Money Laundering: Using x444 for the purpose of depositing, layering, or integrating proceeds of any unlawful activity, in violation of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with x444 without genuine human decision-making.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals, chargebacks, or disputes with payment providers in respect of legitimate x444 transactions.
• Interference: Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to x444's systems, servers, data, or communications networks.

x444 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players. These tools are available at no cost and can be activated immediately from your account settings or by contacting x444 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict the total funds you can deposit within the specified period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Once the threshold is reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum gaming session durations. Alerts are delivered at intervals you choose, and sessions are automatically terminated when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your x444 account for a defined period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from x444 for a minimum period of six (6) months or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the elected period and all marketing communications cease immediately upon activation.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net gaming position.

All intellectual property rights in the x444 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, website design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game content, are owned by or licensed to x444 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use x444's platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, alter, modify, or otherwise exploit any portion of x444's intellectual property without the prior written consent of x444. Any unauthorised use of x444's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x444 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the x444 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

x444's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of x444 Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the User in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

x444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure after prior written notice.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

You may voluntarily close your x444 account at any time by contacting x444 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified cash balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method following successful identity verification, subject to any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

x444 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Users. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by x444's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and forms an integral part of the overall terms governing your use of x444.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in x444's Privacy Policy. You confirm that all personal data provided to x444 is accurate, current, and that you have the right to provide such data.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with your use of x444 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x444 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of x444, you are required to first contact x444 customer support via the live chat facility or email address published on the x444 platform. x444 commits to providing a substantive response to all formal disputes within five (5) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under x444's gaming licence, whose determination shall be final and binding.

Any claim against x444 must be submitted within six (6) months of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims submitted after this period shall be time-barred and x444 shall have no liability in respect thereof.

x444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published at x444.bid/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated.

Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations under this Agreement — x444 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Users via email notification or prominent platform announcement. For non-material amendments, the updated terms take effect upon publication. Your continued use of x444 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

• Formal Legal Notices: Formal legal notices, regulatory correspondence, and dispute escalation communications should be directed via email to x444 support with clear identification as a formal notice. x444 will acknowledge receipt of formal notices within forty-eight (48) hours.

x444 does not maintain a publicly listed telephone number for customer support. All player support is provided via live chat and email to ensure accurate, documented, and auditable communications.
